How long will it take to receive my order

Shipping: We typically ship out or deliver orders within 1–4 business days if the item is in stock locally.

If a special order or extra time is needed, we’ll let you know right away.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free local delivery on orders over $99.

For orders under $99 or outside our delivery area, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Do you ship across Canada?

At this time, we focus on serving our local community with pool equipment and installation in and around the area west of Toronto. We can ship to most areas in Ontario.

Installed products, special-order items, and any equipment/product that has been opened or used are final sale.
